• EduSupport provides tutoring, code review, project mentoring, research-method guidance, citation support, and academic editing

• The agreed scope identifies the learning goals, support format, timing, and fees

• Students retain authorship of and responsibility for assessed submissions

• Requests must comply with our Academic Integrity Policy

• Payment is required before work commencement or as per agreed milestones

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

• Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and other accepted digital payment systems

• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy outlined below

• We commit to providing the agreed tutoring, review, or feedback within documented timelines

• Short-notice requests may have limited scope or different pricing based on availability

• Force majeure events may affect delivery schedules, and clients will be notified promptly

• Clarifications and corrections are available within the agreed support scope

• Materials supplied by a client remain the client's intellectual property

• EduSupport retains ownership of its pre-existing teaching materials, templates, and methods

• Any license or ownership terms for newly created learning materials will be stated in the agreed scope

• Client materials will not be used publicly without explicit permission

• Our services are limited to learning assistance, review, and mentoring

• Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with their institution's academic policies

• We do not take exams, impersonate students, fabricate evidence, or complete submission-ready assessed work

• Clients must understand, verify, and properly disclose assistance when required

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

• We are not responsible for academic consequences resulting from service usage

• Clients use our services at their own risk and discretion

• We provide no guarantees regarding academic grades or outcomes

• Refund eligibility depends on the documented support scope, work already performed, and applicable consumer law

• We first correct material failures to meet the agreed scope where correction is reasonably possible

• Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical

• Refund requests should be made promptly with the relevant engagement details
